New changes in Project Flow

Milient continuously releases updates and improvements to Project Flow by Moment to enhance functionality and user experience.

Changes:

Payroll Export Performance (Hogia)

Why?

For companies with a large number of employees, generating exports could sometimes take longer than expected, which might impact the overall experience.

What's changed?

We've improved the export process to make it faster and more reliable.

By optimizing how data is processed and verifying permissions earlier in the workflow, files are now generated significantly faster. If you don't have the required permissions, you'll receive immediate feedback.

Report Exports

Why?

When exporting project reports to PDF or Excel, some information shown in the Hours overview was not always included in the exported file.

Specifically, the 'Total fixed price' column could be missing depending on how the report was grouped.

What's changed?

We've improved the export experience to ensure greater consistency between what's displayed on screen and what's included in your exported reports.

Where to find it?

Available in all reports across Project Flow.

New Functions:

Support Impersonation & Access

Why?

When working with Milient Support to investigate or resolve an issue, it's important that account access is both secure and transparent. These improvements give customers greater visibility and control over when and how support can access their environment.

What's new?

We've updated the impersonation experience to provide more secure, transparent, and controlled support access. Organizations can now manage support access at the company level, and customers must approve access requests via email before Milient Support can access their environment.

Invoice Delivery-History Repair

Why?

Some invoices sent between March and August 2026 were incorrectly displayed as "Not sent" due to a technical issue. While the invoices had been successfully delivered to customers, the delivery status shown in Milient did not always reflect this.

What's changed?

We've corrected invoice statuses and restored missing delivery records

Bug Fixes:

#986 - Project Status Translation

Issue: Users working in languages other than English could see a technical label instead of the translated Status text in the project status filter.

Fix: The missing translation has been restored, ensuring the project status filter is displayed correctly in the selected language.

#937 - "Join Project" Translation Update

Issue: The Join a project button was not translated in some supported languages, resulting in an inconsistent user experience.

Fix: Missing translations have been added, and the button is now displayed correctly across all supported languages.

#940 - Default Project Role Assignment

Issue: New team members added to a project did not always receive their default project role automatically.

Fix: The system now correctly applies the default project role when a new team member is added.

#990 - Improved Employee Filtering in Time Reports

Issue: Under certain grouping combinations, the Company Hours report could display incorrect employee data or become unstable.

Fix: The employee filtering logic has been corrected, ensuring more accurate and reliable reporting when grouping by Employee, Year, and Month.

Removed Functionality:

No functionality has been removed in this release.
