Non-conformities

Modified on Thu, 8 Oct at 11:55 AM

Non-conformities help organizations identify, track, and improve areas where processes, requirements, or quality standards are not met.
By consistently registering non-conformities in Moment, you gain valuable insights that support continuous improvement and help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

To make reporting as simple as possible, non-conformities can be registered directly from several areas in Moment:

  • Projects (under Quality > Checklists)
  • Tasks (from the bottom-right corner of a task)
  • Timesheets

This makes it easy to report deviations regardless of their size or impact.

In order to make the registration of non-conformities as effortless as possible, you can create standard templates.

You find it in the main manu under Quality > Nonconformity templates

If necessary, these templates can also be altered to reflect different degrees of relevancy or importance.
