Upcoming changes in Milient Project Flow

Over the coming months we’ll be making a number of updates to Milient Project Flow (formerly Moment) to simplify the experience and bring related functionality together. This article gives you an overview of what's changing, when, and how it may affect you.

News section

We've updated our news section so you can follow along with these changes. We've cleared all old articles to start fresh. If you have notifications turned on, you'll be notified in Moment when a new article is published. You can also access the News section at any time through the Help menu.

Rarely used pages are being retired

As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and improve the overall experience, we've identified a small number of pages that are rarely used. The following two pages will be retired in upcoming releases:

The Chart tab on Invoice reports. Found at Finances > Invoices.

Mailing lists on Customers. Found at Customers > Mailing lists.

Pricelists for products. Found at Setup > Pricelists for products

Document templates. Found at Setup > Document templates

Milestones OLD on projects. Found at Project details > Timeline > Milestones OLD

If any of these are crucial to your work, please contact our support team and we'll help you find an alternative.

Pages being moved and merged

We're bringing related functionality together to make it easier to find and manage information. Nothing is being removed.

Exact release dates for these changes have not yet been confirmed. We'll share details on each move and merge closer to the release date, but here's the full list so you know what's coming.

Planned first

Notification overview (My pages > Notifications) will move to the notification bell.

Change password (Resources > Co-workers > Resource detail page > Settings > Change password) will move to the General tab.

Your Nonconformities report (My pages > Nonconformities report) will be merged into the Nonconformities report in the Quality menu, with a filter added for your reports.

Tasks Calendar and Tasks Planner (Project detail > Tasks)

Hours and vacation balance and Absence overview (Company)

Emails and Files (Project detail)

Invoice lines and Invoices (Finances)

Project expenses and Product sales (Finances and Project detail)

Reservations and Resource planner (Resources)

Page versions being retired

Some pages currently exist in two versions. We're consolidating these to a single version of each, so you'll always have a consistent and updated experience. In most cases, the standard version stays. In others, the new version becomes the default.

Standard version remains:

Hours report (My pages > Hours report and Company > Hours report)

My overview (My pages > My overview)

Absence report (My pages > Time > Absence report)

Customer detail page (Customers > Overview > Customer detail page)

Resource detail page (Resources > Co-workers > Resource detail page)

Absence Calendar (Company > Absence > Calendar)

New version replaces the standard version:

Access control overview (Setup > Access control overview)
